At FUVO, we care about your satisfaction. If you're not totally in love with your purchase, we've got your back! đź’Ą

📦 Return Conditions:

  • You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

đźšš Return Process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return steps and send you the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and start the refund process.

đź’¸ Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after item inspection.

  • If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be sent via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Final Sale or discounted items

  • Items that show signs of use or damage
